We currently do not have a brick and mortar store for customers to come to. We closed the location and moved into a home studio when Grandma and Grandpa became more dependent. Both have passed on to a better place and we are currently working on getting back out into the community. "Savor Patisserie was started in a sugar-covered Dallas apartment in 2014 by Kelli Watts. Kelli, who is half-French but was born and raised in Texas, taught herself how to bake macarons and created her own proprietary recipes. After selling at a local farmers market and through wholesalers such as Neiman Marcus, the first brick-and-mortar shop was opened in East Dallas in 2016."
This means the sender did not add a message to the order or they specifically requested to keep their identity a secret. We can request permission, but cannot guarantee the reveal.
If your order was made through a wire service, you can call us to get the phone number for the florist/wire service your sender ordered from directly.
This all depends on the care you give your new arrangement. Flowers bloom in heat. They survive the longest in cool environments. You can change the water and add a few ice cubes. They love sugar as well. We also recommend cutting the bottom of the stems and changing the water every day. You can find many ways to prolong cut flowers online. Including using sprite or bleach!
Depending on what the order is, we can give you the current minimum. When it comes to large events, please feel free to give us a call. From there we can set up a meeting to discuss how we can make things work with your budget. Please keep in mind you are hiring a professional.
We apologize for any damages or other issues with your arrangement. If you give us a call with your name, we will gladly replace the item at no extra cost if we find that it was not what you should have received. We only ask that we receive the original in exchange.
If it is the arrangement the customer ordered, we apologize on behalf of the sender and hope you accept the flowers with the understanding of good intent from the sender.
